Yoali Studio does NOT accept same day cancellations. We ask for at least 3 days prior for rescheduling/cancellations. Each service cancellation price varies with a MINIMUM fee being $50. After your third cancellation or rescheduling, Yoali Studio will discontinue offering your service. In the event of a same day cancellation or no-show to your scheduled service, the FULL AMOUNT of the booked service will be charged. Communication is required directly to your service provider to reschedule. We refuse the right to refuse service to non-compliant guests.
